HA yeh
ofcourse its not magni (i can't tell if your joking or not), they could be related however. Strong norn name towns after them and magni is strong and boreal could be his family name (Bison doesn't seem surname'ish).

A Draconic Tonic (or Dratonic going after the Automatonic) would of made sense rather than a random Norn. October better be a Maddness Tonic for everyones favourte event NPC.

Your got that right however hes already been made into a mini They probably choose whether for a creature/npc to be more suitable for a mini rather that transformation.
WTB GLINT TONIC BTW - wouldn't that be crazy

Dev update notes posted early.
http://guildwarsguru.com/forum/showt...php?t=10306915

Doesn't seem like that great of an update. =\

Edit: quick google job on the foreign notes.

In this update we have not touched skills PvE important, but we are preparing an update of PvE quite large. Right now we are testing changes in the Blessing of the Osa and other skills PvE only. Our idea is to balance the Blessing of the Osa so that players can continue using it but in a more tactical, and also reduce wear that now is associated with other skills PvE only. In addition, we intend to make changes to certain skills devalued and other elite that are used very little. Depending on the results of our tests, which can estreno these changes for next month.
PVE Skill balance + HoM update, anyone?

It's odd, isn't it.

The most exciting things about GW are the very drastic skill changes that happen in the updates.

The weekend events are very "meh" compared to an update like the LoD nerf/WoH buff

Read - we have no freakin' idea how to balance pve, but we will say something just so you will all shut up for a month.

WTB Gaile Gray Tonic or maybe a tonic that turns me into Smite Crawler or something along those lines...

Tonic of Shiro/Lich/Togo/Mhenlo something....

Nerf Ursan to oblivion please...reput SF the way it was before the buff/nerf so it could be used to perma but actually took a little bit of dare I say...Skill to maintain it...
